My name is Marta Kramer. I cordially invite you to individual coaching for women and coaching for leaders.

I have many years of experience in business in managerial positions, I am a certified ICF Associate Certified Coach. I co-create networking programs so that women become more seen and heard, use their strength and power.

Coaching for female leaders - start implementing your effective project

In coaching sessions, she offers space to show herself sensitive and emotional. I will help you break down the barriers that you have in front of you and build an action plan that will be consistent with who you are. Coaching for women, i.e. embedded in the subject of career and personal development, I offer to adults who are looking for support in pursuing their goals, face a challenge, and want to achieve change.

I specialize in coaching women in business.

I work in Polish and English.

The coaching process for women includes 6-8 meetings held every two to three weeks. These intervals provide an important space for the client to act and develop, as well as exercise and implement changes.

The first session is devoted to establishing the terms and conditions of cooperation. We discuss the client’s goal and aspirations, we determine the number and frequency of meetings.

Each meeting lasts 90 minutes. We work on the Client’s aspirations, analyzing his/her own resources and potential. Using coaching tools, we look at the reality, variants of action, sources of additional support or inspiration. The client remains in the center along with her experience, skills and creativity.

Sessions are carried out by Teams. The minimum technical requirements are: access to a stable internet, working microphone and camera.

The client does not need to have her own account on the Teams platform.

I advise against meetings without a video channel. Please test your device beforehand to make sure your coaching session is possible.

The session may be canceled at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.

Sessions canceled later are charged at the agreed rate for a single session.

Failure to arrive on time without prior cancellation of the session is subject to the full fee for the missed session.

Why is coaching so important and how can it help women? What is a coaching session for women?

What is coaching? There are several types of coaching. The one we offer our clients is non-directive coaching, sometimes also called soft, in English-language sources: hands-off coaching. In this variant, the coach’s task is to ask the client skillful questions through which she discovers her potential and possibilities of change. This means that the coach does not indicate solutions or specific steps; does not advise what decision to make or set goals for the client. It is up to the client to choose the best solution for her.

1. A goal or aspiration is brought by the person who sits across from the coach; of course, they are working together to make it more precise, to analyze various possibilities. They look at the current situation and resources available to the client: her skills, talents, relationships and development options.

2. At the next stage, specific actions are worked out that the client can take to move towards her goal, at this stage the client is asked to perform development tasks that bring her closer to specific results, she can also learn skills that will bring her closer to purpose, e.g. communicating in an assertive manner.

3. This process takes about half a year, and meetings are held on average once every three weeks. On each of them, the client, together with the coach, observes what is changing, how the pursuit is progressing, what the client learns about herself and how these experiences can be used in further work.

  • turn desires and needs into real actions, positively affect well-being, increase self-esteem,
  • will increase effectiveness in achieving the goals of the profession, which will also have a positive impact on functioning in private life.

What is not coaching? Who is not a coach?

It should be remembered that the client in the coaching process is neither a course participant nor a patient. He does not participate in training or in a consultation or advisory session. The coach does not stand in front of her to pass knowledge on a given topic, demonstrate and then conduct a test. Nor does it sell a universal recipe for success and satisfaction. The coachyni is not a trainer, she does not mentor, she does not train you, the consultation is not conducted in a directive way.

The relationship between the coachynia and the client is a partnership. The coachyni does not position herself as someone who knows better and more, on the contrary – it is the client who has the chance to gain the deepest and fullest insight into what is happening in her and around her.

The coach supports her in this by asking questions, reflecting what she hears and sees. She takes the client’s side, does not judge or criticize her. Accompanies.

Form of cooperation - Coaching for women

Place of residence and lifestyle do not always allow for a meeting in the office. Coaching for women – conducted via Teams or Skype – is no less effective. Provided the right conditions are met, this form allows for all aspects of meetings: verbal and non-verbal communication, drawing diagrams (by sharing the screen) and even using space. The key is a stable internet connection, a camera and a microphone allowing for trouble-free reception of good quality and ensuring privacy.
