Individual business coaching, career coaching, and personal development

Online coaching is one of the most popular options for conducting coaching processes. There are many benefits: you can connect from anywhere at an agreed-upon time, you don’t waste time on commuting, you can easily balance different areas important to you, and most importantly, you can make changes in your life in a relatively simple way!
Experience shows that with trust and a good relationship, online coaching is just as effective as the traditional in-person format. Working in a stationary and online manner has the same goals and the same value, regardless of the meeting mode.
Let’s get acquainted. I invite you to a free introductory online coaching session.

My name is Marta Kramer, and at Nowe Widoki, I work as a coach specializing in business coaching and personal development. I have been involved with international organizations for years, including as a Senior Manager in global data management. Therefore, I am well-acquainted with the realities of working in corporations, distributed teams, and the world of women in business.
I am an ICF-certified coach at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level and adhere to the ethical code of the International Coaching Federation. I view coaching as a structured method that helps translate reflection and self-awareness into concrete decisions, actions, and habits – in a way that can be realistically implemented in daily life.
I conduct online sessions with individuals living in Poland and abroad, in both Polish and English. I support clients in areas such as career development, professional change, building confidence in professional roles, teamwork, and managing work-life boundaries. One significant area of my work is coaching women in business – if this topic particularly interests you, please visit the page dedicated to coaching for women.

Hands-off coaching – I do not impose solutions or offer advice based on my own experiences. I support you in building and developing specific skills. Primarily, I ask questions – it is their power that helps you discover new resources, possibilities, and strength within yourself.
Methodology is based on eleven core coaching competencies according to the International Coach Federation (ICF), divided into four main groups:
ICF Code of Ethics outlining principles of conduct, areas of conflict of interest, professional conduct towards clients, confidentiality and privacy, and continuous development.

The first coaching meeting is called a zero session. It serves as an initial conversation dedicated to the topic you are bringing – together, we will decide if it is an area for coaching, psychotherapy, or career counseling. The zero session is also for you to ask all the questions that will help you decide if you want to begin the coaching process. We will strive to provide a safe, intimate space that allows for engagement in conversation. We will also check your comfort and sense of security as you enter the virtual office.
If you want to see if online coaching is for you, let’s start with a short, no-obligation conversation – book a session
The rules for online coaching sessions do not differ significantly from those in the office. We are committed to full discretion and confidentiality. From our side, during the conversation, no one besides the coach can hear the client. Online sessions are conducted via the Microsoft Teams application, which is recognized as one of the most secure communication platforms on the market. It allows for, among other things, data encryption, authentication, and advanced inspection, which prevents unauthorized individuals from accessing the content within the application.
Online Business Coaching, i.e., focused on career and personal development, is offered to adults seeking support in pursuing their goals, facing challenges, or desiring change.
For many people – yes. The key is to choose the right format for your needs and ensure conditions for a calm, confidential conversation.
The online coaching process includes 5-10 sessions (duration of the process) held every two to three weeks. These intervals provide the Client with important space for action and development, as well as for completing exercises and implementing changes.
The first session is dedicated to establishing the rules and conditions of cooperation. We discuss the Client’s goals and aspirations, and determine the number and frequency of meetings.
Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes. We work on the Client’s aspirations, analyzing her own resources and potential. Using coaching tools, we examine reality, action alternatives, and sources of additional support or inspiration. The Client remains at the center, along with her experience, skills, and creativity.
Online development sessions are conducted via Teams. Minimum technical requirements include: access to stable internet, a functional microphone, and a camera.
The client does not need to have their own Teams account.
I do not recommend meetings without a video channel. Please test your device in advance to ensure that an online coaching session is possible.
Online collaboration is perfect for you! We can work together regardless of the country you are currently in.
Sessions can be canceled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Sessions canceled later are charged at the agreed-upon rate for a single session.
Failure to attend at the scheduled time without prior cancellation of the session is subject to the full fee for the missed session.

During the process of working with a coach, you are neither a course participant nor a patient. You are not taking part in training or a consultation/advisory session. The coach does not present themselves to you to impart knowledge on a given topic, demonstrate, and then administer a test. Nor do they sell a universal prescription for success and satisfaction. A coach is not a psychologist, psychotherapist, crisis intervener, trainer, or career advisor.
The relationship between you and the coach is a partnership. The coach does not position themselves as someone who knows better and more; on the contrary, it is you who has the opportunity to gain the deepest and fullest insight into what is happening within you.
The coach supports you by asking questions, reflecting what they hear and see. They stand by your side, do not judge, do not criticize. They accompany you.
The coaching I offer at Nowe Widoki focuses on the professional and business spheres, career, and personal development. We do not address matters of family or health life here, therefore, this is not life coaching. Of course, each of us is a whole, and such a holistic perspective accompanies us in the process, but its main theme and the goal the client is striving for are issues from the area of work, career, and broadly understood personal development.
