Secure online psychotherapy.
We know how to connect with your emotions and experiences

Online psychotherapy is a safe space where you can receive support regardless of what you are facing. You don’t have to wait for a “serious crisis” – any difficulty affecting your well-being is a sufficient reason to seek help. Here are examples of problems you can address:

We provide therapy that is strictly evidence‑based and proven to be effective – in the cognitive‑behavioural therapy (CBT) approach and in schema therapy.
These approaches work well for anxiety, depression, stress overload, and complex difficulties in relationships. If you would like to see exactly what online CBT looks like, visit the page on cognitive‑behavioural therapy, and you can read more about the process of online schema therapy on a separate page dedicated to this approach.
Finding the right psychotherapist can be challenging, but there are a few key things you should keep in mind:

a) A psychological consultation is an initial meeting with a psychotherapist, aimed at understanding the problem and exploring possible solutions.
b) Short‑term therapy (around 10–14 sessions) – focused on intensive work on resolving a specific problem.
c) Long‑term therapy – online therapy focused on in‑depth exploration and working through long‑standing difficulties. The duration of online therapy is agreed individually.
The first two sessions are mainly devoted to an initial interview so that we can get to know your current situation and define the goals needed to begin the process.
A psychotherapy session lasts 50 minutes. Sessions start punctually at the agreed time.
Sessions take place once a week, with the option of increasing their frequency if needed.
For the therapeutic process to be effective, the regularity of sessions is very important.
Online sessions do not differ from those held in the office.
We are committed to full confidentiality. Online sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams.
The minimum technical requirements are: a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a webcam. The client does not need to have a Teams account. The client is responsible for testing their device in advance to make sure the session can take place.
We are not responsible for technical problems that occur on your side.
A session may be cancelled no later than 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled appointment.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are charged at the agreed single‑session rate.
If you do not give notice of your absence or fail to attend at the agreed time, this will be treated as a breach of contract (in special circumstances it may be possible to continue after paying 100% of the fee for the missed session).
Do you sometimes get the feeling that your life is going in circles in some aspects? How many times can one feel the same anxiety, the same sadness, the same loneliness? You can try different things – read self-help books, use remedies that are supposed to alleviate pain, escape into household chores or work. And although these methods can make you feel better for a while, the changes do not last, and you return to square one.
Starting therapy is not a cause for shame; more and more people are deciding to use this form of online psychological help. Science shows that our difficult experiences, especially those of a traumatic nature, can create problematic patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. These kinds of patterns are deeply rooted, resistant to change, and can hinder daily functioning. Therefore, one of the best solutions is online psychotherapy, which is an active experience of working to change problematic patterns. Professional help will allow you to reach the source of your difficulties.
The psychotherapist will focus on building a relationship and an atmosphere of trust, asking questions about your life, relationships, work, and daily context, in order to better understand the situation you are coming with.
The psychologist will conduct an interview about your wellbeing and the history of your difficulties – your symptoms, situations that make them worse, and the initial goals you would like to achieve through therapy.
The psychotherapist will explain what therapy involves, what its principles are (collaboration, active engagement, working on change), and outline the strategies they may suggest in your situation.
Together, you will refine the goals of therapy – organising the most important difficulties and defining which problems, behaviours, thoughts, and emotions you want to change, which will make it possible to create a personalised treatment plan.
In recent years, online therapy has become a real alternative to in‑person sessions for many people – it makes it possible to maintain regular sessions regardless of where you live or how your schedule changes.
Studies show that for many difficulties (such as anxiety and depressive disorders), remote therapy can be comparably effective to in‑person work, provided that clear boundaries and consistent ground rules are in place.
This means that psychological support is also available to people living abroad, in smaller towns, or to those who have limited possibilities to travel to sessions.

“Using the help of a psychologist or an online psychotherapist?” Often, both of these terms are used interchangeably. However, it is worth looking closely at the specialist’s credentials and checking information about their education and experience. A psychologist is a specialist who has completed psychological studies, and most often has less experience in treating problems related to mental health. An online psychologist will help you get through a more difficult stage in life by providing support. Certified psychotherapists, or those undergoing certification, in addition to their basic education, train in the profession of therapist at a four-year psychotherapy school. Specialization in psychotherapy allows one to work with various types of mental health issues.
There is no need to visit the office. Online therapy is an equivalent way of working, offering a wide range of solutions. Some people value an online visit more than direct contact.
Online meetings with a psychotherapist most often take place once a week, at a time that is convenient for you. The regularity of sessions is of great importance – it helps build a sense of security and promotes the effectiveness of therapy. If you need more frequent or less frequent meetings, you can arrange this together with your therapist.
If at any point in the therapeutic process you wish to discontinue, please do not hesitate to let your therapist know. Before you decide to stop, it is worthwhile to discuss your feelings regarding the therapeutic relationship, the session plan, or other important matters. Even if you decide not to continue, a final session to close and summarize the entire therapeutic process is recommended.
No, a psychotherapist is not a medical doctor and does not have the authority to issue prescriptions or sick notes. If you require pharmacotherapy or are considering taking medication, you should consult a psychiatrist. If necessary, your therapist can advise you on when it might be advisable to consider such a consultation.
Home psychotherapy is not recommended for individuals at high risk of life-threatening conditions. This includes severe depression, schizophrenia, or long-term restrictive anorexia. If you are struggling with these types of mental health issues, inpatient treatment is the recommended course of action rather than remote assistance. If you are experiencing a severe crisis and need immediate help, consider calling the free national helpline for adults at 116 123, or for youth at 116 111.
